Payment

No, however, at an additional expense, on the last day, you may opt for an additional whale watching trip, prior to leaving.

We accept cash, bank deposits, and Paypal payments. If you choose an alternative to cash please bring your confirmation/receipt.

Preparation

Wear light comfortable clothing and keep in mind you are going to get wet. Ponchos will be provided. However, I recommend you bring additional appropriate clothing to fit the season with some extra layers for the boat trips. Items like jackets, sweaters, caps /hats, gloves, and sunscreen should be on the list. Also, a day pack to carry extra snacks and water.

I recommend you bring your toiletries, passport, identification, rubber-soled shoes, sun block, hat, sunglasses, and for some, motion sickness medicine. Please do not forget to bring enough cash for your meals and snacks.

You will have me, Tony Ballesteros, as your fully bi-lingual professional guide throughout the trip.

Reservation

You must call 72 hours ahead of your scheduled tour for a full refund. Within 72 hours you will assess a $35 termination fee. There are no refunds for cancellations within 24 hours of your tour, or if you decide not to show up.

Reservations are required. This will guarantee your place on the tours. Reservations also help keep the correct number of persons within guidelines and the tours enjoyable.
